David S Big A First time in Vegas we agreed on this hotel for 4 days. We had a lot of fun and great memories, highlights including winning on that dragon coin slot machine, winning a couple hundred on craps and all the free delicious drinks my liver can handle, Starbucks inside, great pizza shop and food.Would have been a perfect score but I missed the Chiefs game cause my TV didn’t work but finally fixed for the Lions game. I was too hungover to go to one of the many bars to watch the game. Yue Niu Overall, this hotel is good.Self-checking/checkout is provided, without no need to wait. We booked a king room, and it is spacious. The room is clean. My only concern is the room is pretty dry. I didn’t sleep well during that night due to the dry condition. Also, if you want to see the sphere from the hotel, this place is not a ideal place. You should look for other hotels. Sonya Jones Thalia Taylor TI has an excellent location in the middle of the strip and has all the amenities one needs. Stunning strip view from my room. Easy access to the Venetian for the conference I attended. The hotel is clean, easy to get around and has a friendly staff. The rooms are a little dated but functional and comfortable. They have a starbucks and many dining choices. Bell staff will store luggage for you all day if needed. Early check in coats a fee but is available as early as 11 am I believe. They have security at the elevators to ensure unwanted folks are not getting up to the rooms. Gym was clean and well stocked. I dined at Yacht Club but there are cheaper options in the food court.Rooms: Stunning strip views and comfortable spacious rooms albeit a but datedSafety: Security is visible and present including nightly checking elevators for guestsWalkability: Very walkable to Las Vegas Blvd, the Venetian, the Mirage and shoppingFood & drinks: Wide variety and varied pricing options Dave Dempsey *** AVOID LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE – TREASURE ISLAND, AND THEIR CUSTOMER CARE, IS DISGUSTING! ***The cleanliness of the room was not for human habitat ? I had serious health concerns with the air quality and the gathering of dust during our stay. The room was not cleaned once by housekeeping which resulted in a call to guest services for towel replacement and bathroom replenishing (toilet roles etc.). Additionally, the toilet was defective and flooded the bathroom which we scrambled to clean ourselves. Upon reporting this, an engineer came to the room and plunged the system. However, this didn’t resolve the problem of a constantly running toilet ? The engineer said it was ?fine to use?. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there – our shower failed to fully drain which resulted in used stagnant water being gathered in the bath ? we had to use dirty wet towels to soak-up water. Again, these were never collected due to housekeeping not coming to the room.As the days went on, we felt forced to clean the room ourselves as our complaint made zero difference to the situation. Heavy dust would simply re-accumulate in a very short period of time (8 hours) which indicated a severe problem with your air filtration for that room.I did complain again upon check-out, but the duty manager didn’t want to speak with us and sent the checkout clerk back with an offer of $50 to “resolve the issue”. I politely declined that offer and contacted the hotel management when I arrived home. After a week, they responded the offer of an upgrade for our next stay – this was declined for obvious reasons! Please, for the sake of your health, AVOID at ALL costs – the enclosed pictures speak volumes! Alejandra Garcia My experience at the Treasure Island Hotel Casino was remarkable. The hotel is incredibly spacious, with a large number of rooms on each floor. The pool area is pleasant, especially in the summer when DJs create a lively and fun atmosphere, perfect for those choosing to enjoy the hotel. The expansive casino is impressive, and the option to get drinks in the pool area adds convenience. The surroundings, surrounded by palm trees, add a charming touch to the place. However, the rooms, though a bit dated, could benefit from an update and modernization. Despite this detail, Treasure Island is an excellent choice for staying in Las Vegas, with a standard price that makes it accessible.I recommend this place, even if you don’t plan to stay; it’s worth taking a stroll to explore the facilities and consider future stays. Overall, it’s a solid choice to enjoy Las Vegas. However, it’s crucial to note a significant negative aspect: the check-in process. The lines are excessively long, and unfortunately, despite their length, the process is notably slow. The lack of staff to manage check-in is evident and contributes to the prolonged wait to access the rooms. This drawback, while significant, could improve with a greater allocation of resources to streamline the process and enhance the customer experience from the outset.Rooms: Rooms a little old Alec rimmasch Peace and Mind If you want to save money stay here for the location; however, the hotel seems to have lost its former glory. Room 35035 the bath tab did not drain. Changed to 20077 and the sink did not drain as well as the toilet needed an extra help removing the cap on every use to let the water valve work. Frustrating but again it was the cheapest option and we were in a budget. Also, windows dirty with fingerprints and other stains. Dirty from inside and of course dirty from the outside. Hard to see the beautiful view. The free parking area? I have seen better. Worst than any Californian ghetto. Down town San Francisco offers cleaner and brighter parking structures. Please, fix the area that made this hotel famous, the pirate show, the pool area, please please. I remember its glory all these years since 1997.
