Earlier this week, Bellagio Resort & Casino’s popular Conservatory & Botanical Gardens unveiled a never-done-before immersive dining concept called The Garden Table that affords guests the opportunity to enjoy curated culinary creations right in the heart of the conservatory. Exclusive seatings are available for either brunch or dinner for guests to embark on an epicurean adventure, featuring specialty pre-fixe menus created by the award-winning Bellagio culinary team. Multiple courses spotlight fare from either the MICHAEL MINO Bellagio restaurant or Sadelle’s Café, with menus rotating seasonally. With whimsical delights around every corner, highlights of the current installation include fanciful pink flamingos, ornate blue parrots, monkeys, blue herons, giraffes and a 20-foot-tall lion, underscored by a theatrical soundtrack of bird, cricket and wind sounds. With The Garden Table planned to remain available alongside all future Bellagio Conservatory displays, the artistic table settings will change to complement the surrounding theme. The Garden Table is destinated to become one of Las Vegas’ most in-demand private dining experiences, and can accommodate up to six guests with reservations limited to two hours each. Guests will need to check in with the host desk at the restaurant that corresponds to their chosen meal time.
