When it comes to celebrating love, Kaleigh and Kathryn opted for a full weekend of festivities in of Las Vegas. From a welcome dinner at the renowned Prime Steakhouse to a sun-soaked pool party and an intimate cocktail gathering in their opulent suite at the Bellagio, their wedding extravaganza was nothing short of spectacular. Vegas Wedding at the Bellagio Choosing the iconic Bellagio as their wedding venue added an extra layer of glamour to K&K’s celebration. The allure of this world-class resort, known for its fountains, luxury, and sophistication, provided a breathtaking backdrop for each event. The nice thing about getting married at the Bellagio is it’s so inclusive of everything you need. Mostly, you just have to show up! It offers a great place for you and your guests to stay. So, once the reception ends, you’re steps away from your room. Video and Photo For Full Wedding Weekends It’s not a surprise that I suggest hiring a videographer to accompany your photographer. Especially when it comes to a full wedding weekend. It really ups the whole experience of your memories. What set this wedding apart was not only the stunning location but the decision to document the entire weekend. Kaleigh and Kathryn wisely enlisted a dedicated photo and video team—led by me and my husband on video with Ochoa Wedding Films. Capturing the welcome dinner, poolside revelry, and intimate moments allowed us to create a comprehensive narrative of their whole occasion. One significant advantage of having a photo/video team for the entire wedding weekend, especially for a destination celebration, is the opportunity to form a genuine connection with the guests. By the time the wedding day arrived, everyone was at ease with the presence of cameras, fostering a relaxed and natural atmosphere. A Day to Remember The wedding festivities were not only visually stunning but also wonderfully interactive for the guests. From a live band–Harbor Lights Music West– setting the tone to a champagne girl orchestrating a group toast, Kaleigh and Kathryn prioritized creating moments that would linger in the memories of their people. Something to think about when planning your wedding is what experience you want guests to have. The celebration reached new heights when The New York Times joined in to help tell the couple’s unique love story. They even featured their wedding in the prestigious publication just weeks after the event. Standout Vendors for this Las Vegas Wedding A standout element of the day was the meticulous planning by coordinator Tory Cooper. She is a seasoned professional familiar with orchestrating events at the Bellagio. Even a last-minute switch from the pool deck to the grand terrace and ballroom due to weather challenges didn’t faze Tory and her team. Their seamless coordination ensured a flawless transition, leaving the guests blissfully unaware of any alterations. Destinations by Design created all the stunning florals and provided the rentals to complete this luxury look. Bridal style was made complete with makeup by Jade Madison Artistry, wedding dress by Eve of Milady, and wedding suit by Alexander McQueen. Other standout vendors include Paper and Home on paper goods, Show Talent Productions on entertainment, and Starr Luxury Cars with the getaway car! In the end, Kaleigh and Kathryn’s Las Vegas wedding weekend was beautifully orchestrated. It was an event of love and unforgettable moments (and a great dance floor, hello!).
