Ferraro’s Ristorante announces its limited-edition prix fixe Las Vegas Restaurant Week menu. From Monday, June 5, through Friday, June 16, Ferraro’s will offer a four-course menu that is available for $80 per person. A portion of the proceeds from every menu item will be donated to Three Square Food Bank to help feed those in need.
The complete menu follows:
Soup or Salad (choose one)
Ferraro Salad – Spring greens mix, cherry tomato, dry cranberries, pistachio, sunflower seeds, shaved carrots, 4 Foglie Balsamic
Pasta e Fagioli – Cannellini beans, pancetta, pasta soup
Pasta Combo
Gnocchi Pesto di Pistachio – Gnocchi, pistachio pesto, roasted tomato purée, Parmigiano Reggiano
Rigatoni alla Spilinga – Rigatoni pasta, house-made spicy sausage, Nduja, Caciocavallo, toasted breadcrumbs
Entrée (choose one)
Salmone – Scottish Salmon, pea purée, mixed mushrooms, roasted potatoes
Pollo Vesuvio – Airline chicken breast, rosemary, potatoes, mushrooms, carrots, onion, lemon, white wine
Filetto di Manzo – 8-ounce Butcher’s Block prime filet, balsamic demi reduction, crispy shallots, spinach, potato purée
Vitello Piccata – Veal scaloppini, lemon, butter, white wine, capers, asparagus, roasted potatoes
Dessert (choose one)
Pistachio Passion – Pistachio cream, cream cheese mousse, sweetened whipped cream, walnut crust
Tiramisu – Lady finger cookies, mascarpone cheese, espresso
Cannoli – Pastry shell, sweet and creamy ricotta filling, cinnamon
