If you need an entirely Mexican brunch, visit the SOL Mexican Cocina, the newest Mexican restaurant at the Forum shops. Brunch is served daily between 10 am to 2 pm. Chefs at SOL Mexican Cocina want to give you a great culinary experience by adding fresh takes to classic dishes such as huevos rancheros, crab and shrimp cakes “Benedicto” or Kobe steak and eggs.
At Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, you can have brunch from 9 am to 2:30 pm from Thursday to Monday. Foodies can choose from 250 dishes from 10 kitchens, including short rib Benedict, Croque Madame, and an egg bite with lobster, asparagus, and Boursin.
Visit the Locale Italian Kitchen every Sunday to relish a $25 per person brunch. Unfortunately, the brunch is only available on Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm.
