Celebrity chef Guy Fieri’s Las Vegas restaurant has been brutally panned by diners over its ‘bland, cold’ food and ‘disgusting service’ with some insisting they had a more positive experience at McDonald’s.

Another unhappy patron even slammed the food, suggesting it was ‘bland’ and ‘dry.’

The celebrity chef and TV presenter, 55, is estimated to be worth a whopping $197 million, and has eateries across the United States.

Celebrity chef Guy Fieri’s Las Vegas restaurant has gotten mixed reviews

Negative experiences include ‘frozen’ cuisine and ‘cold shoulders’ from the staff. Positive experiences include ‘heavenly’ meals and ‘enthusiastic employees’

One unhappy visitor mentions ‘frozen food’ being served at the restaurant

But his restaurant in Vegas has been marred with bad reviews for its poor service.

One angry diner, named Lynda, claimed: ‘Went last night for a friend’s birthday, it’s a party of ten. People made reservations, and understood it was very busy.

‘As for poor quality customer service, I’ll go to McDonald’s for that. I can keep going on and on about how unhappy we were.

‘Even the management, Armando, wasn’t really helpful. It’s sad as a local – this is my first time here and I was not pleased. The food was good but cold.’

Another raging reviewer, named Lee, claimed: ‘If you ever were welcomed with a cold shoulder and seated with a disgusting attitude at an establishment.

‘The host (name removed) will surely make you feel unwelcome, and as if you’re bothering his day. Not a “hello,” ignoring any questions we had for him.

‘I mentioned to him, with his lack of empathy, you work in hospitality and you’re being hostile, if you don’t want us to dine at your establishment, then please ask us to leave.’

One diner also slammed the food, with Greg Kistler saying it was ‘disappointing.’

One diner claimed in a Google review that fast-food chain McDonald’s had ‘better service’ than Guy’s restaurant

‘I won’t allow you to ever treat me, or anyone that travels across the world to dine here feel unwelcome. Total disappointment and shame to such a great brand,’ they said.

‘The food was great, and I should compliment Johnathan, our server, for turning our complaint, and made it a compliment because of his enthusiasm and professionalism – he carried the team that day.

‘Thank you sir, but the host, is more than welcome to find work elsewhere if he doesn’t like his job.’

The Vegas restaurant responded saying: ‘Thank you for your review. We are happy you enjoyed Jonathan’s service. He will be recognized for his efforts.’

Another visitor wrote: ‘Guy spends so much time going around the country, praising folks for their great scratch cooking.

‘Yet, at his own place, the food was bland, dry, and possibly even processed frozen food. I had the Reuben, which was dry, and the chicken sandwich, which we could’ve sworn was a frozen breast.

Other diners enjoyed Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen and have boasted of a wonderful experience at this restaurant, with one calling it the ‘best meal of my life’

Besides negative experiences, there were also people who had a superb experience at the restaurant, and took their positive comments online

The restaurant ‘welcomed back’ a guest for ‘another wonderful experience’

‘It needed seasoning as it was very bland. They went and got good bread, but everything else was average at best. We tried it, and will not be going back.

‘With his brand we expected so much more.’

Another diner alleged they’d been welcomed with a ‘cold shoulder’ and seated with a ‘disgusting attitude.’

The restaurant thanked the diner for his review and hoped they’d visit in the future despite the negative experience. They said: ‘Thank you for your review, Greg.

‘Your feedback regarding the sandwiches has been shared with our culinary team in hopes you will give us another chance in the future.’

Despite negative experiences, there were also positive experiences from his restaurant.

Taten Belzer said: ‘This place is amazing. I got the mac and cheese burger, and it was the best thing to ever touch my lips.

‘The trash-can nachos were incredible. Hands down, best meal of my life.’
