Anurag Saha Roy TL;DR – Value for money and you get what you pay for.I can’t really complain about anything for this price. Yes, rooms are dated and definitely could be better cleaned. Desks are occasionally dusty and surfaces can sometimes be greasy. Beds and linen were clean, bathroom had everything I needed, as did the room in general. The whole property definitely needs some renovation. Check in staff and service in general is pretty good, prompt and polite. Overall, a decent choice for families for a budget stay close to the strip.Rooms: Dated and not the most clean but functional with all necessary basic amenities.Walkability: Located pretty close to the stripFood & drinks: Okayish options for F&B on the property with decent amount choices in nearby locations Sujana Ganta Parking not attached to hotel building. Was bit of hassle to get there in wet and cold weather. Trash wasn’t cleared in room daily, or until it piled up and called for room service. Rooms were clean when we arrived. Room service can be improved. We purchased an offer for daily $30 credit in restaurants. This offer is only applicable at high end/expensive restaurants and not places like Baja fresh and similar fast food. That offer was not even enough for one person’s breakfast at Buffet. Tushar Suradkar I plan to stay here in the summer this year but last year I took a walk around attracted by the skyline that looks like a medieval European castle and towns. The space is not as huge as the other ultra-lavish casinos, but they are well connected with a tram or monorail that is free. Another highlight was the walking elevators like the way we have at the airport. This made moving around very comfortable. The top attractions are the huge chandeliers that add to the glam and glitter of the place. I am super excited about staying here on the next visit to Las Vegas. ? The entire area is neatly leveled for the differently abled.Walkability: The entire area is neatly leveled for the differently abled. Channy L. First time as an adult staying in Vegas, this was a better hotel I’ve stayed in than most hotels available I’ve seen. Good amount of space in the room, shower was quite roomy, comfortable beds. Housekeeping was quick, I’d have new towels each time I came back at the end of the day.Rooms: Room was large enough to accommodate a manual or power wheelchair as well.Nearby activities: This is close to many of the activities on the strip and if you needed the tram it was right outside as well. Access sky bridges with ease. Giovanni Nemo Lin P. I’ve been to Vegas three times. First two times were in a little higher end resorts. This time we chose NY NY and I’m glad we did! The location is the best for what we like. The entrance is right on the street (no long walk to the casino entrance). Seating and tables around the sidewalk for people watching, eating lunch, having a beer from the bars that open up to the street. A structure out front to host bands with a seating area next to one of the bars. If you are in town just before, or during the Grand Prix race, the side walks are a disaster (with grand stand construction) in front of the other resorts. Ron Reed This is a solid Vegas hotel and very economical. The staff were friendly, and I was there when it wasn’t particularly busy, so it worked out well. More than most hotels on the strip, the Excalibur has that underlying smell of cigarettes that seems to permeate the entire facility. I don’t believe there’s much they can do about it short of replacing all the carpet and tearing out drywall, so just know this will be the subtle background smell. I don’t smoke, so I may be more sensitive than most, and it wasn’t overwhelming to me, but if you’re sensative, it is a consideration . Briana de la rosa I was a little skeptical on booking due to the many mixed reviews but i loved my stay! If you are indecisive on booking here i recommend booking it ! It’s such an easy walk to NYNY and all the many shops and restaurants on the strip. Room was clean and decent nothing fancy. staff is friendly and very attentive! There was a long check in line so plan on waiting a while but nothing too bad! Will definitely be booking another stay here in the future! M R Rooms are filthy! The location sucked! The only positive thing was the tournament of kings show was pretty good and the motel and cashier clerks were pleasant. Whoever cleans the rooms needs to find different jobs. The first room was gross the 2nd was barely better but walking back and forth was tiring. I would not recommend staying here.
