Travis Prescott This place is huge!!! Definitely got my steps in. Fast elevators. That’s always a plus. Although I didn’t use many there’s plenty of amenities, shows and activities that won’t disappoint. You’d need to do several trips to really enjoy it all properly. I appreciate the nice sized rooms, but I’d rather have a fridge and microwave than the mini bar in room, but to each their own. If you ever get to Vegas give the MGM Grand a try! Jeannine Lopez The lobby personnel was great, very welcoming and friendly. I would give them a 10. However, we went to have pizza in the MGM and the workers there were not friendly and they seemed like they did not like their job. The rooms have a beautiful view and had lots of room. However, the towels are very old and worn out, and found some hair in the bathtub so it’s not so clean. I don’t even know if they vacuum the carpet. The check out seemed complicated and they were not friendly at all and seemed irritated if you asked them how to check out. We ended up leaving the hotel and a few hours later they sent me an email thanking me for stay there. Overall Las Vegas experience was fun and lots of friendly people. The Hotel is in a good location and I would stay there again.Rooms: The room was a little dirty and found hair in the bathtub.Food & drinks: The personnel working at the pizza place were not friendly at all. Audrey Guzman – Johnson Anna Beddoe Stayed here on our family holiday and wasn’t disappointed!! Our room was lovely with a great view of the city, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious and met all our desires. The room was slightly crowded and not much spots for our luggage to go but that didn’t bother us. The location was great as we had good access to the strip and could come back late to a clean room. Had a slight problem with taxis however not the hotels fault. The staff were helpful and answered our questions. We had dinner in the MGM and it was quite lovely and not to pricey either. Great spot for food close to our rooms when not alot of energy was left in our tanks. Pool was fantastic and we loved the lazy river. However was very crowded on a 47 degree day. The seats and day beds needed to be reserved and was a little expensive however a great hotel. Kate Emerson I loved my stay at the MGM Grand! My room was comfortable and a great size. The bed was super soft and perfect for a great night’s rest. I ate at one of the restaurants and the service was amazing. I didn’t have a single bad experience while staying here. I will definitely be back.Rooms: Rooms include mini barFood & drinks: Lots of dining options available within the resort! Noble Thomas I visited the MGM Grand Casino and it was an interesting experience. The location is convenient as it’s right on the monorail path, which made getting there easy. The casino itself feels a bit old compared to some of the newer places in Vegas. It has a classic vibe, but you can tell it’s been around for a while. The gaming area was vast with lots of different games to choose from. Overall, it was a decent visit, especially if you’re looking for that classic Vegas casino feel and easy monorail access. G W Location is ok, a bit down one end of the strip. Rooms were lovely, very clean. All the communal areas very clean. But the staff! Check in and check was problematic the digital functions weren’t working and the staff uninterested. The baggage storage staff, considering they work on a tip basis, one can only assume they don’t like money! The were rude condescending and difficult. The room staff were all great and helpful and friendly. I guess the manager for the entrance/exit crew needs to step it up. We won’t choose this hotel again. Amy Gordon Had a great time. Staff were really friendly. Loved that is was at the bugging if the strip and a great spot to walk right out of the hotel into so the action of Las Vegas. Rooms were clean, but there were broken window shades and scratches on the furniture.Nearby activities: Right on the strip where you can site see, visit tons of shops and restaurants. Easily walk to the Paris hotel and see all the sites you want to visit. Just be prepared to walk, A LOT.Walkability: You can get to so many places from this one spot. New York New York hotel and casino is right next door. As well as many restaurants and shopping, from high end boutiques to Marshalls and ABC Stores. Tons of restaurants within a mile walking from the hotel. Debbie Darnell My sister and I were very disappointed with this hotel. It was a zoo trying to get to the parking. The check-in line was long (though the lady at the counter was super sweet). When we opened the door to our executive king suite, we were shocked. It looked like we took a step back to the 70s. Everything looked dated. We couldn’t believe there were no waters or coffee pot in an “executive” suite. Green lights fron outside glowed in our room all night through the windows all night as we tried to sleep. On a good note, the bed was very comfortable. This room did NOT match the picture online of the room that I reserved. The casino experience was terrible. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. We got up very early to check out to beat the traffic AND get water and coffee.
