SEATTLE, Wash. – The Las Vegas Golden Knights were shut-out by the Seattle Kraken in the 2024 Discover NHL Winter Classic before 47,313 fans at T-Mobile Park in Seattle. In addition, Heart, a rock band that started in Washington, performed during the first intermission, a couple of their best-known songs, including Barracuda. There were various people fishing from the boats, including Santa and Mrs. Claus, and folks that appeared to have been continuing their 2024 new year celebrations.
